🐔 Broiler Scouting & Processing
🐔 Broiler Scouting & Processing
Project Summary
Monivest’s Broiler Scouting & Processing project ensures Nigeria’s growing poultry demand is met through a hybrid production model: internal farm production supplemented by strategic rural farmer aggregation. Internal farms produce 80,000 broilers per 8 weeks, while demand from restaurants, frozen food vendors, households, and export markets can reach 170,000 birds daily. Monivest bridges this gap through efficient sourcing, hygienic processing, value-added product development, and distribution via retail outlets, wholesale partners, and student marketers.
Expansion into Ibadan and Lagos markets further positions Monivest as a major urban poultry supplier. Byproducts such as blood, heads, and legs are converted into high-protein fish feed, creating a sustainable, circular supply chain and additional revenue streams.
